We’ve launched a WhatsApp community and brought on Taylor, our local travel advisor, to make planning your trip to Barbados a little easier. Taylor has created an expanded accommodation guide featuring hotels, apartments and private villas across a range of styles and budgets. The recommendations focus primarily on Barbados’ South Coast, close to Enterprise Beach, which will serve as the home base for our wedding festivities. Each listing includes helpful information about the atmosphere, rooms, amenities, location, approximate rates and the type of traveler it may suit best. While our wedding falls at the tail end of peak season in Barbados, Easter weekend is particularly popular, so we encourage you to explore your options as soon as possible.
Meet Taylor, Our Travel Concierge
We’ve partnered with Taylor Edghill, the Bajan founder of Rum & Roots Travel, to serve as a dedicated travel advisor for our guests. Her planning support is complimentary, and you will only pay for the travel arrangements you book. We recommend reviewing the accommodation guide, selecting a few options that appeal to you and contacting Taylor before booking. She can manage your reservation, communicate special requests, check on your room ahead of your arrival and explore any available rates or added perks.
Taylor can also assist with:
Airport transfers, on-island transportation and car rentals
Restaurant and bar recommendations
Activities and island experiences
Kid-friendly recommendations and babysitting support

General questions about visiting Barbados
Guests will be responsible for booking their own flights.
If you have already booked your accommodations, please send Taylor your stay details. She will maintain a guest accommodation list to help our wedding planner coordinate transportation for the wedding events.
